Meeting of Acting Provincial Officers
Hosted by the Provincial Grand Secretariat
at the Masonic Hall, Wyrebank, Garstang, 5th September 2002
 
Great News the Magic Mark is Back, there was a great turnout at this annual briefing which takes place to help guide any Acting Provincial officers be they old or new as to what is expected of them during their year in office, which to all of us who have been honoured to be an acting officer in the past had a great year accompanying our PGM and the Executive to Masonic Halls all over Lancashire which I’m sure we probably would otherwise never have seen.

There was a real good attendance at the briefing upwards of fifty plus, all the members of the Executive stood and gave some very interesting input which was intently listened to by all present and I’m sure was much appreciated. At this point The PGM Keith and his Dep PGM Geoff were very pleased to present the all-new Royal Ark Mariner Tie which looking at the number which were sold on the night was well received by all.
Before closing all present were asked if they had any questions to put to the team, all were answered with satisfaction and then the Provincial Secretary said that he and members of his team were always available to assist should you have any questions regarding procedures or in fact any general questions.

Now it’s time to get out there and attend your own meetings be they in the Mark or Royal Ark Mariner’s Degree, if there is a Team Visit and you haven’t yet been to one in the past make the effort, you will enjoy it, see old friends and make new lifelong friends.

The Mark Grand Lodge Meeting is next Tuesday the 13th in London, there is still time to attend and don’t forget the Provincial Grand Royal Ark Mariner’s Assembly which is at the Savoy Hotel on Tuesday the 20th Sept, you will be welcome to attend.
Meetings can be found on the West Lancs Mark site along with lots of useful information and stories.
Here’s to the next merry meeting to see old friends and those I have yet to meet in the Magic of the Mark, the Friendly, Happy Degree.
